I grew up in Buffalo,New York where I started in the construction industry at the age of 16 refinishing cabinets after school and on weekends with a friends father. I worked for a general contractor that built commercial and residential buildings from the ground up. This gave me the ability to learn all phases of the building process. In 1990 I moved to Oldsmar Florida where I worked as a foreman for a construction company. A few years later I started installing windows for NUAIR Manufacturing. In time I moved on to work for Coogan Window and Door, first as an installer than as a Salesman. I went on to become a Florida State certified Building contractor and worked for Pella Windows and Doors before Starting Lipton Window and Door in 2010. I took the Knowledge and training from the people I worked for in the past and started a company that is honest and has integrity. Lipton Window & Door, want our customers to be part of the family. We go out of our way to find products, materials and a staff that will out perform the competition. Kevin is the son of a contractor and has been a carpenter since he was a teenager. Kevin joined the Navy in 1990 and served in the Persian Gulf War.
He has specialized in the window & door business for the past 15 years. Kevin has been the Installation manager for other major window and door companies. He keeps our installers up to date on all new installation techniques.
He has been married for 25 years and has three children, and his first granddaughter on the way.

Jeff is originally from New Jersey and was a Sea Weapons handling expert in the Navy. He moved to Florida in 1998. Jeff's first career was in Commercial and residential maintenance. He has been in the window and door industry for the past 12 years.
Jeff is a Lead RRP certified installer and has been factory trained on all of the products we use. Jeff is married and has kids. You can find him out on the water fishing on his down time.
