This company is wonderful! From the sales team to the install team. They kept us in the loop with every step in the process. Tyler and his crew were excellent and knowledgeable during the installation and did a fantastic job. I had done my due diligence prior to using them and this company blew them all out of the water. My windows and doors are beautiful and the process was seamless. Do yourself a favor and stop shopping around, this is the company you want to use!!!

Working with Lipton Window and Door was very easy from the quote to the team that came out to install the windows to the inspection and the final piece of putting caps and covers on. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant, professional, and transparent. Spent a week with the team installing the windows, Dany, Donnie, and Angel, they worked with me the whole time to make sure that my cats were comfortable and I was able to move them around to different rooms. They kept everything as clean as possible and were respectful of me and my home. They communicated the plan for the next day, this way I could have the area prepped for them and if there were any deviations, they would let me know as soon as possible. Aside from the people, the quality of the product itself is great and exactly what we were promised. No overselling me on something we didn’t need, no annoying and pushy salesman.

Love my new dining room window from Lipton Window and door. The installation was seamless and the two men that did the install were very good at their job and explained things to me as they went through the process. The install and clean-up made it seem as if they were never here except I have a beautiful view of the golf course with my hurricane window!!! Way to go Lipton, my sales rep and the install crew…Misty at the office was wonderful as well!!! Would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends!!!!

Lipton did a great job on our windows and hurricane fabric for our driving glass doors. Great prices, great installation. Their salesman, Greg, was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to all our questions. The office staff and schedulers were very helpful! Highly recommend them!

We needed a modification to our front porch and new vinyl window replacement. After trying several companies, who either wouldn't do the minor modifications required for new windows or the window installation, I went to Lipton Window & Door and presented the problem to them. Within a day or so, they came out and evaluated the work and provided an estimate for the modifications to the porch and the replacement window installation. As in the past with our hurricane windows, Lipton showed up on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Their communication with me was excellent.

A true test of a company is when things have gone wrong, and it's how they react, how the issue is handled that makes some companies stand out. We contracted new windows and sliding glass doors in two phases with Lipton. The first install went perfectly, A+++++. The second phase included more windows and three sliding glass doors, two of which it turns out had very very tiny gaps in the sill plates of the sliding doors. We are one and a half hours away from Lipton Office, and twice Dan sent two crew members to try and find the leak in each of the doors. Each time the crew worked over two hours doing everything they could to find the leaks. On the second time, they laid on their front side looking backward at the factory calk and found in each door tiny 1/16 inch long gaps. A picture of their tech finding the leak is attached. We have now gone though 3 inches of rain with the hurricane and both doors are 100%. We just can't say enough about Lipton Door and Window manager Dan Lynch, the office staff, and crew members Todd and Wayne. They were sent and arrived within a day after our call, traveling each time three hours round trip to get this repaired. It is our thought, this is a superior company offering superior service. We are beyond pleased.

From our initial meeting with Greg Rocklein with Lipton Window and Door to the installation, inspection, completion and follow up they made an overwhelming project seamless. From Greg’s education to the products and process, to Misty who scheduled the installation dates, the Greco team of installers whose attention to detail was incredible. Lisa who coordinated the inspection with Pasco county, and provided us with the warranties upon completion of the inspection and project. Daniela who scheduled a final service for adjustments which was completed by Todd and Alex. This project consisted of the removal and install of 2 triple pane sliders along with 10 windows, a transom and front door.Their attention to detail was phenomenal. Their customer service exceptional and their business plan, flawless. Cannot say enough great things about them.
