A Message From Our Founder

I grew up in Buffalo, New York, where I started in the construction industry at the age of 16, refinishing cabinets after school and on weekends with a friend's father. I worked for a general contractor that built commercial and residential buildings from the ground up. This gave me the opportunity to learn all phases of the building process.

In 1990, I moved to Oldsmar, Florida, where I worked as a foreman for a construction company. A few years later, I started installing windows for NUAIR Manufacturing. Over time, I moved on to work for Coogan Window and Door, first as an installer and then as a salesman. I eventually became a Florida State-certified building contractor and worked for Pella Windows and Doors before starting Lipton Window and Door in 2010.

I took the knowledge and training I gained from the people I worked for in the past and started a company that values honesty and integrity. At Lipton Window & Door, we want our customers to feel like part of the family. We go out of our way to find products, materials, and staff that will outperform the competition.

Working with Lipton Window and Door was very easy from the quote to the team that came out to install the windows to the inspection and the final piece of putting caps and covers on. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant, professional, and transparent. Spent a week with the team installing the windows, Dany, Donnie, and Angel, they worked with me the whole time to make sure that my cats were comfortable and I was able to move them around to different rooms. They kept everything as clean as possible and were respectful of me and my home. They communicated the plan for the next day, this way I could have the area prepped for them and if there were any deviations, they would let me know as soon as possible. Aside from the people, the quality of the product itself is great and exactly what we were promised. No overselling me on something we didn’t need, no annoying and pushy salesman.
